Schaublin Machines SA has its headquarters in the heart of the region from which the Swiss machine tool industry originates. Various companies with international reputation have been established in the region of the Jura Arc and the construction of high-precision machine tools has enabled the inhabitants of this region to collect a well-founded know-how and to make further progresses in mechanical technology in the course of time. This is the ideal basis for the construction of high-precision machinery.

Even today, nearly one century after the company's foundation, and after extensive experiences in the fields of the construction of lathes and milling machines, Schaublin Machines SA will continue to follow always the same target - the construction of high-precision machinery. With our approx. 115 employees, we are following the tradition while implementing the innovation. Today, we are constructing and distributing conventional lathes, CNC lathes and vertical machining centers milling.

The famous Schaublin lathes 102 and 70, of which we have been able to sell more than 100,000 pieces worldwide in the past, are still following their successful way. As a kind of bonus, they are equipped with various auxiliary devices such as the frequency converter (model sign CF) and the integrated motor (model identification MI).
Moreover, we make it a point of honor to equip our CNC lathes and machining centers with the precision which has always been the special merit of the products of Schaublin Machines SA. For this purpose, we are continuously striving to improve our products by implementing newly developed technologies. The strong point of these machines and of their auxiliary devices is their high precision.

There are two proven machines which are highly renowned for their advantages and manifold possibilities of use. In this tradition, SCHAUBLIN MACHINES SA has further improved the capacities of the 70 and 102 lathes and even simplified their operation.
 
 
 
 
 
 
High-precision and production lathes of CNC range
High-precision lathes with numerical control by Fanuc. Like a conventional lathe, these machines can be operated by means of handwheels or they can be controlled numerically. The Turn Mate function is very easy to use and does not demand ISO programming knowledge. These lathes are ideal for hard turning.


 
 
 
 
 
High-precision and production lathes of CCN range
High-precision lathes with numerical control by Fanuc. The machines of this range can be used to turn, drill, mill and tap etc. small and medium-sized workpieces. Vertical machining centers
Sturdy machining centers for an intensive production of small, medium-sized and large workpieces. The basic version of this machine is equipped with 3 axes but an additional 4th axis can be mounted. Under certain conditions, the machine may even be equipped with a 5th axis (for 5 axis simultaneous control). Very competitive cost-benefit ratio.
 
 
 
 
 

Compact vertical machining centers
Compact vertical machining centers with speeds up to 15,000 rpm which can also be installed in places with restricted space. The basic version of this machine is equipped with 3 axes but an additional 4th axis can be mounted. Such machines are offered in four types. Type 1.: 10,000 rpm with ISO 40 spindle cone. Type 2.: 10,000 rpm with ISO 40 spindle cone and pallet changer system. Type 3.: 15,000 rpm with ISO 30 spindle cone. 4.: 15,000 rpm with ISO 30 spindle cone and pallet changer system.
